Privacy Policy

I honor my client's rights to privacy and no information will be willfully released to or shared with any third parties. I apply the principles of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Spam Act 2003 (Cth) in my practice.

I perform my work for the greater good of all and I honor the free will of individuals to choose their own path. I use my gifts, skills and abilities upon request to

provide intuitive guidance, based on my training and life experience
assist each client to discover their true self

I also provide clients with perspective and insight as and when appropriate.

My work is uplifting and without judgment and I seek to empower those who cross my path.

Refund Policy

Due my busy schedule I may sometimes not be able to deliver your email consultation within the 3 working day deadline. This rarely happens, but in such an event you will receive an email notification of a delay. This notification will also advise when you can expect to receive the email feedback. I will endeavor to complete your reading as soon as humanly possible.

Refunds will only be given in extreme circumstances (sickness or family crises) when I am unable to meet the demand for consultations.

I am not a medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, ordained minister or mental health practitioner and I do not prescribe any medicine. Always consult a doctor should you have any physical or emotional issues that need attention. I treat all information in the strictest confidence, with the exception of life threatening situations and where the life threatening situation is within my span of control to act upon.
